The 12-day trip from Marrakech tracks coastal trails to the beautiful city of Essaouira. Along the way of your Merzouga camel trekking, you will pass by real fishing townships, The Argan tree, abandoned sandy beaches, and rocky cliff tops.

The Camel trekking in Erg Chebbi dunes (Merzouga) trip is headed by one of our most experienced and professional local guides, aided by the camp and cooking teams. Convoy of camels will carry our baggage.
However, Our journey will be Conclude with soothing free time in both the city of Chefchaouen and the magic city of Marrakech.

1️⃣Day 1: Welcome to Marrakech : transfer to your Hotel / Riad
We will greet you at the airport and transfer you to your Riad/Hotel.
2️⃣Day 2: Full Day to Visit Marrakech with a local guide
Meet the local guide to take you on a walking tour at the Medina, have lunch at the heart of old town, and head to explore Majorelle Garden, overnight in Marrakech.
3️⃣Day 3: Marrakech » Ait Ben Haddou » Ouarzazate [195 km]
Departure to Ouarzazate crossing the high Atlas Mountains, visit Ait Benhaddou Kasbah and the Cinematographic Centers .overnight at Ouarzazate.
4️⃣Day 4: Ouarzazate » Merzouga (Erg Chebbi) [367 km]
Head to Merzouga, crossing Rose valley visit Todgha Gorge, overnight at Merzouga.
5️⃣Day 5: Explore Merzouga area (Erg Chebbi Sahara Desert) [40km]
Explore the Merzouga area and enjoy some Gnawa music at Khamlia village, head back to the hotel to take the camels to spend one night at the Sahara desert under the Berber tents, enjoy the shining stars in the open sky.
6️⃣Day 6: Merzouga Camel trek & Overnight in desert camp
Today our 12-day trip from Marrakech continues and we will explore desert are. We ride camels and we reach the dunes of Erg Chebbi, the highest in Morocco. We will also visit a Berber family and also Khamlia village, where we listen to Gnawa music.
We will visit Berber nomads and an oasis of palm trees in the nearby area. After lunch in Merzouga, we ride camels in the sand dunes to reach desert camp.
We will spend this night in desert Sahara camp where we will enjoy Berber drums music in the middle of the Sahara. You will also enjoy the sunset and sunrise in the desert. After traditional Moroccan dinner, we stay overnight in desert tents.
7️⃣Day 7: Merzouga » Rissani » Erfoud » Ziz Valley » Errachidia » Midelt [263 km]
Head to Midelt, visit Rissani, Ziz valley, and cross Errachidia, overnight at Midelt.
8️⃣Day 8: Midlet » Atlas Mountains » Azrou (Cedar Forest) » Fes Imperial City [204 km]
Departure to Fes, crossing the Middle Atlas Mountains, feed the monkeys at the Majestic Ceder Woods of Azrou. Cross Ifran and Overnight in Fes.
9️⃣Day 9: Fes Sightseeing tour with a local guide
Explore Fes Medieval medina with a local guide; visit the Tanneries, and Ceramics of the town. Overnight at a traditional riad in Fes.

Leave Fes to visit Volubilis ‘the Roman ruins’, lunch in Meknes, and overnight at a hotel in Rabat.

Visit Rabat’s historical landscapes and head to Casablanca, visit Hassan II mosque have a drink or lunch at Rick’s Café, or by the Atlantic Ocean, head to Marrakech.

Last-minute shopping at Marrakech and packing/ Departure from Marrakech to your airport, where our 12-day trip from Marrakech ends.

1. At the accommodations, you will be staying in a private room at your preferred type
2. At the desert camp, you will be staying in a private tent at your fancied type
3. Vegetarian option is available, please advise at time of booking if required.
4. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
5. Comfortable shoes for walking and Sandboarding, sport sneakers for example. Long sleeves and long pants or skirts are appropriate for the camel trek.
6. Quad bike & Buggies in the dunes can be included as an extra.
